These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CLS++ ("Service"), operated by AlphaForge AI Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CLS++ is a persistent memory layer for large language models (LLMs). The Service provides APIs, SDKs, browser extensions, and a web dashboard for storing, retrieving, and managing user memory across AI models.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service offers Free, Pro ($9/month), Business ($29/month), and Enterprise ($149/month) tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you store through the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use Your Data for advertising or training AI models.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. Notify us immediately if you believe your keys have been compromised. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are suspected of being misused.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Free tier accounts may experience cold starts and reduced performance.
We retain Your Data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time using the API or dashboard. Upon account deletion, we will remove Your Data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics.
CLS++ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlphaForge AI Labs. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our thermodynamic memory architecture is covered by provisional patent (filed October 2025).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaForge AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
