Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using CLS++ Memory services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

CLS++ Memory provides a cross-LLM memory service that enables:

• Storage and retrieval of conversation context across different LLM providers
• Seamless context transfer between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and other supported LLMs
• API access for programmatic memory management
• Dashboard for memory visualization and management

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Usage overages will be billed at the rates specified in your plan
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, or state regulations or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, or discriminate based on protected characteristics
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• To attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse API access
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLS++ MEMORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
